The 6th International Workshop on the Optical Properties of Nanostructures (OPON2020) will take place in Warsaw. The purpose of the workshop is the exchange of ideas related to theoretical and experimental work in the field of optical properties of nanostructures and other solid state systems. The workshop belongs to the series of meetings devoted to the same topic that were previously held in:

Registration starts at 8:00 AM, on the 12th of February, 2020.

The Sessions of the workshop will be held at the lecture hall 0.03 at the Faculty of Physics Pasteura 5 St. 02-093 Warsaw. The registration will start Wednesday 12.02 at 08:00 AM.

The recommended hotel is Radisson Blu Sobieski Hotel, Warsaw, plac Zawiszy 1. (If you wish to book the room at a discounted rate, please contact the OPON organizers.)

Alternatively, one can get to the workshop site by tram - lines 1,7,9,25 starting from the tramstop "Ratusz Ochota" (direction Banacha or P+R al.Krakowska) to the tramstop "Och-Teatr" [cost of 20 min ticket 3.4 PLN, possible to be purchased at a ticket machine inside a vehicle, frequency - every 3 min, travel time 5 min]

Chopin airport to Sobieski Hotel (6 km): by bus - line 175 to the stop Plac Zawiszy, cost of 75 min ticket 4.4 PLN, frequency - every 10-15 min, travel time 20-25 min, the last ride 22:58, later there is bus N32 (night line).

Railway station Warszawa Centralna to Sobieski Hotel (1200 m): by bus - lines 128 and 175 to the stop Plac Zawiszy, cost of 20 min ticket 3.4 PLN, frequency - every 10 min, travel time 5 min

Connection: workshop site <-> Chopin airport (5 km) bus lines 175 or 188, between the bus stop Banacha-Szpital and the bus stop Chopin Airport

Maximum space allocated for a poster is 118 cm per 154 cm.
